Payment:
Payment must be received in full before any goods can be dispatched.
Delivery
Responsibility for the goods purchased passes to purchaser upon delivery.
Free UK shipping applies to UK mainland only and Monday to Friday delivery
We can only deliver goods to the same address to which the credit/debit card used to pay for the goods is registered.
Delivery will normally be made by a fully-insured courier service, within normal business hours.
The delivery charge will be shown at the checkout stage.
All delivery is subject to stock availability.
Damages/shortages must be notified within 24 hours of delivery.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Money Back Guarantee
Goods can be returned for any reason within 7 working days for a refund, less carriage costs and subject to a 5% re-stocking fee. Returned goods must be in their original condition and packaging.
Returns and Refunds
Refunds can only be made by the method originally used to pay for the goods. The refund for a cancelled contract will be made within 30 days.
Goods that have been altered from their original condition in any way cannot be returned.
Goods cannot be returned as faulty where a specific defect in the product was brought to the attention of the customer at the point of sale.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
